Golden Express Tours Ltd. has been established since July 1991 under the Ministry of Hotel and Tourism, License No KHA-0008. We are one of the first ten companies to obtain the Tour Operator License from the Government. Golden Express is your reliable travel agent and a leading Tour Operator in Myanmar.

Golden Express owns air-conditioned Coaches for various group sizes. To cater the needs of our clients, we have car sizes varying from 3-seater saloon cars to 45-seater air-conditioned buses. Our drivers are very experienced and can communicate in English.

All our tour guides are professional and experienced. Our guides cover many different languages - English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Chinese and Thai.

We are an authorized agent for most of the domestic airlines. Besides domestic air tickets, we are also a faster and cheaper option to arrange for international airline ticketing. Train and bus tickets are available in our offices.

Travelife is a three-stage certification program for tour operators and travel agents:
(1) Travelife Engaged; (2) Travelife Partner and (3) Travelife Certified.

Golden Express Tours Ltd is at stage 3 - Travelife Certified. The Travelife Certified award is a recognition of our excellence towards social and environmental sustainability. We comply with more than 200 criteria related to sustainability management, office operations, working with suppliers, and customer communication. Travelife as a certification body is formally recognized by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC), the highest global body for sustainability in tourism, supported by the United Nations.
