  • After payment is made, you will receive a confirmation letter and present it to our staff at the meeting point, either mobile or printed version.
  • Once booked, refunds are not available due to reservation requirements.
  • For arrival, the driver's waiting time is 1 hour at the airport.
  • Baggage allowance per person is 1 piece of check-in luggage and 1 piece of carry-on luggage.
  • If you have extra luggage which the vehicle cannot fit in, you will need to pay the extra cost of a taxi to transfer your luggage.
  • SIM card data expires after 1 month.
